Referrals to Child and Adolescent Psychiatry will transition from a centralized Adult/Pediatric Psychiatry Intake process to an independent pediatric process effective August 18, 2008. Rachel Warren is the New Patient Coordinator and can be reached at (650) 723-7704 and her fax number is (650) 724-7389. Child and Adolescent Psychiatry are located 401 Quarry on the 1st floor.
